9. Jeff Hardy
Growing up, my companions constantly spouted over Jeff Hardy, and with great reason.
He was energizing, he would hazard his body and he had cool body paint. Then again, I would dependably be more intrigued by his sibling Matt, the more talented specialized wrestler.
